Who We're Looking For

We Welcome Applications From:

  • Current college students who enjoy teaching, coaching, or mentoring

  • Recent graduates seeking experience in education, psychology, social work, or youth development

  • Individuals who want flexible, meaningful part-time work

  • Those who care deeply about helping young people feel seen, supported, and capable

 

If you have experience with tutoring, youth camps, coaching, volunteer work, or leadership roles, that’s a plus — but not required. We train our coaches and celebrate the experience and wisdom that comes from all walks of life!

What You'll Gain
