Get Learning Today with a Foundational Start.

Because every student needs a solid foundation to thrive

The first month is crucial to successful EF coaching. When students struggle functionally and emotionally, it’s rarely solved by diving headfirst into every tip and trick under the sun, hoping a few of them stick. To cultivate meaningful change, we need to take time to first understand how they think, how they respond to stress, and where breakdowns are actually coming from.

The Foundational Start is a focused 30-day phase designed to build connection, assess functional patterns, and establish a coaching rhythm that feels sustainable.

This is where we lay the groundwork for your student's transformation.

During this Phase, We:

  • Build trust and rapport so students feel comfortable being honest about challenges

  • Identify functional gaps and underlying patterns that drive them

  • Establish consistency in structure and expectations

  • Provide clear, structured feedback for both student and parents

...Paying Special Attention to:

  • Task initiation and avoidance/overwhelm patterns

  • Planning and prioritization habits

  • Emotional responses to pressure or pushback

  • Follow-through and recovery after setbacks or "failure"

  • What level of support and type of structure helps them perform at their best

How It Works

Rather than guessing or assuming, we observe and gather relevant data; this allows us to create a highly personalized plan of action for the coming months that will yield real results that last, not just temporary fixes or symptom management. â€‹â€‹â€‹

You’ll receive clear guidance, access to structured activities, and ongoing support so you feel empowered and equipped to do the same for your student.

Program Details:

  • Four (4) private student sessions

  • Valid for 30 days from the Start Date

  • Parent call at end of trial period to review patterns and refine coaching goals

  • Non-renewing; Does not automatically convert into a subscription

What Happens After the First Month?

At the end of the introductory phase, families will receive:

  • Insight into their student's strengths and growth areas

  • A detailed summary of observed executive function patterns

  • Recommended next steps

  • Suggested coaching frequency, if continued support makes sense

From there, you get to decide whether to move forward with ongoing executive function coaching. Some students just need a few minor adjustments to see results, while others benefit from longer-term structure, support, and accountability. This first month helps us determine that together.

We're not here to sell you another fix; we're here to help you find clarity.

Why Start Here?

While other programs may focus on pushing harder and doing more when learning gets tough, our methods are about building capacity and structure to support smoother learning outcomes.

When students learn how their mind works, they can choose more impactful strategies (working smarter, not harder).

When strategies match real needs, they can start building real momentum. Streamlining the intention-to-action pipeline helps to create a sense of inner trust, safety, and regulation.

When regulation improves, attention lengthens, task-initiation gets easier, and follow-through gets more consistent.

The Foundational Start is where this shift begins to take shape. If you're ready to take your child's learning to the next level, we're ready to help. Reach out to us today!
