A dedicated 1-1 mentorship experience for pre-teens and teens designed to cultivate essential life skills and social-emotional intelligence through supportive, informed guidance and relationship building with a trustworthy, non-parental figure.

All of our mentors are trained in the most up-to-date strategies for understanding and improving the mental and emotional health of our clients, whether through helpful frameworks, analogies, and gamification, or by incorporating holistic approaches such as breathwork and nervous system reset techniques.
